Rates

$175/night for all nights.

Policies

– Check in time is after 4:00 p.m. (Self check-in with lockbox)

– Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

– ALL stays will incur a $175 cleaning fee AND a $59 admin fee.

Due the size and locations of our cabins, we have a very precise housekeeping schedule. Our housekeepers will arrive at 10:00, so it is imperative that you are completely out of the house by 10:00. We are not able to accommodate late check outs.

Additional Rules

– Please close and lock all windows and doors anytime you leave the cabin.

– We are currently under a Stage 1 Fire restriction. This means that absolutely no open fires of any kind are permitted anywhere, and outdoor smoking is also not allowed. Please confine smoking to your personal vehicle, and discard all butts in proper receptacles after they are completely extinguished.

– Four wheel drive or tire chains are required during the winter months. Please note, we do not offer refunds for storms or inclement weather. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained. We do not refund due to road or driveway conditions. We do schedule snow plowing for the driveways if we receive 6+ inches of snow.

– This property does not have A/C. Homes built at this elevation are not equipped with central air, as it is rarely needed.

– Please note that Colorado is currently in a state of drought, and our cancellation policy does not cover refunds for area fires. We recommend CSA Travel Protection for additional cancellation insurance. In the event that the cabin is under a mandatory evacuation notice due to a wildfire or other natural disaster, we will do everything we can to reschedule you into a different cabin or for another time based on availability.

– Please treat our cabin with care and respect and refrain from any house parties or loud/rowdy gatherings.

– Please, no fireworks, firing of firearms, or use of ATVs on the property.

– We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 for all adult guests unless otherwise arranged. Children and young adults are welcome with their parents!
